WHAT'S NEW

Piece of Cake Bakers' first workforce disabilities collaboration—using our Techno Baking—is taking shape with the ARC of Broward County as we design and build an Augmented Reality application that supports workforce learning! The ARC instructors expressed a desire to support culinary measurement and, following some demos and process filming at ARC's state-of-the-art kitchen, (donated by the Emeril Lagasse Foundation) stage one begins. Following the design of the app, ARC students will start experiencing and training on the Microsoft HoloLens!
